Vendors FAQ's

How do I apply? 
You can fill out and return the form at the bottom of this page to the McNairy County Chamber of Commerce and Tourism office no later than June 8th with payment. 

What are the fees? 
We charge a flat fee to vendors of $25.00. 

How big are the booth spaces? What if I need more than one space?
Booths are 10’ wide by 10’ deep. If you need more space or multiple spaces please let us know and we will make accommodations. 

Do you provide tents, tables, chairs, etc.?
No, we do not. You will need to bring your own tent, table, chairs, rugs, extension cords, etc. Uniqueness and creativity in your setup is encouraged.

Do I have to have insurance to participate? How do I obtain it?
All vendors are required to display a certificate of insurance naming Town of Selmer, McNairy County EDC & Chamber of Commerce as co-insured.

What if the weather is bad?
This is an outdoor event in west Tennessee. You will need to be prepared for all types of weather. In the event of a serious threat, such as a tornado or health emergency, we will communicate a plan of action at that time.

If weather forecast are showing major weather threats we will communicate reschedule information once that decision has been made.

How do I contact a RHR festival manager?
The easiest way to reach the festival manager is by email or by calling the McNairy Tourism office. See contact information below.  For mailed communication, please write Attn: Rockabilly Highway Revival on the envelope.

When will I get my booth assignment?
Booth assignments and other setup details will be determined on June 9th. We will reach out to you then with your setup information. 

How do I pay my booth fees?
You can pay over the phone with a card, in the mail with a check, or online via PayPal. 

What time can I set up? When do I have to be setup by?
There are two setup times available. You may come on Friday to setup by calling the tourism office and scheduling an appointment or on Saturday morning beginning at 6 A.M.

Vendors must be setup no later than 7:30 A.M. Saturday morning June 11th. 

I’m from out of town, where is a good place to stay?
The Town of Selmer/McNairy County has several hotels, airbnbs, and RV parks available within a few of miles of the festival. Visit www.meetmcnairy.com to see a list of options.
